Referral Partner

For partners who introduce opportunities but do not provide ongoing services.

Partner Role

  • Identify and introduce qualified opportunities
  • Make a warm introduction to SimpleSUB Water

Compensation

  • One-time referral fee based on closed deal value
  • Paid after successful deployment or first invoice

Notes

  • SimpleSUB owns the customer relationship
  • No ongoing revenue share
  • Clean, simple, no long-term obligations

Reseller Partner

For strategic partners who own and manage customer relationships.

Partner Role

  • Sell SimpleSUB solutions
  • Maintain the primary customer relationship
  • Provide first-line support and coordination

Compensation

  • Wholesale pricing with resale margin
  • Optional service-based recurring revenue if applicable

  • Requires defined responsibilities and volume commitments


How the Partner Process Works
